Welcome to the Pasco Property Management LLC rental website where you can fill out our FREE APPLICATION or you can call us at 727-316-5060 to do a phone pre-screen.  We do require that you either fill out our free application or go through a phone pre-screen before showing any property to make sure you meet the minimum requirements for the property and the property will be a good fit for you and for us.

You will find our process is different than almost all other property management companies.  Most other property management companies require you to pay an application before they will show you a property or consider you for it.  Why is that?  Because the property management company gets to keep the application fee as it does not go to the property owner.  We are more focused on getting the best tenant than trying to make money off of application fees.  That is why our application is free.  We can tell 95% of what we need from the free application.  Then if we are offering the property to you, only then do you pay a $30 background check fee per adult to the background screening company.  So you can see we are not marking it up like most other companies that charge $75 to $150 per application.
